it's shake and bake, and i helped.
because i can't stand not letting you know about this... the doctor i'm with this month does wednesday morning wound clinic instead of thursday... and he MAKES ME HELP!!!! yes. me. with my own two hands i used a metal curette to scrape away layers of ickiness from wounds that look like this:

PS...mom says it looks like a baboon butt.
