insomnia? too much coffee? too much excitement over the end of internal medicine? could be all three.

I am having a weird problem with sleep also, except now I am waking up before my son b/c my back hurts so bad I can't stay in bed anymore...what's up with that?

Well, i hope your not being able to sleep goes away soon!
